🇫🇷 Junior Eurovision: Lissandro to sing ‘Oh Maman!’ for France!

Lissandro will represent France at Junior Eurovision this year with the song ‘Oh Maman!’. The 13-year-old was internally selected by the French broadcaster, France 2.

This is not Lissandro’s first performing experience. He previously competed on the 7th season of The Voice Kids France, where he reached the final. Last year’s French representative Enzo also competed on this season.

Speaking of his selection, Lissandro said,

“I am very proud and honoured to represent France with my song, from both the pop and rock universe at the same time that I have always loved!

And what a pride to be part of the wonderful Eurovision family. I will give my best to make France’s colours shine.”

Alexandra Redde-Amiel, Head of Delegation for France, added:

‘We are happy to welcome Lissandro in the big family of the Junior Eurovision. A young artist full of talent to defend the colours of France in Armenia.”

‘Oh Maman!’ was written and composed by Frédéric Château and former Eurovision runner up, Barbara Pravi. Barbara also wrote the French Junior Eurovision entries in 2019 and 2020, with the latter, ‘J’imagine’ winning the contest.
